Opening an RCFE Is Not One Task.

It is a coordinated process involving property requirements, licensing documents, local approvals, facility readiness, staffing, operations, and launch planning. Without a clear sequence, first-time operators can lose time, spend money in the wrong places, or move forward with a property that may not support their goals.

RCFE University gives you a structured path, clear priorities, and direct guidance throughout the process.

Without a Clear Plan

  • Uncertainty about where to begin
  • Confusion around property requirements
  • Disorganized licensing preparation
  • Unclear startup expenses
  • Missed steps and delayed decisions
  • No coordinated launch strategy

With RCFE University

  • Defined goals and next steps
  • Clear property criteria
  • Organized licensing preparation
  • Structured startup planning
  • Coordinated readiness milestones
  • A practical launch roadmap
