Opening an RCFE Is Not One Task.
It is a coordinated process involving property requirements, licensing documents, local approvals, facility readiness, staffing, operations, and launch planning. Without a clear sequence, first-time operators can lose time, spend money in the wrong places, or move forward with a property that may not support their goals.
RCFE University gives you a structured path, clear priorities, and direct guidance throughout the process.

- Missed steps and delayed decisions
- No coordinated launch strategy
With RCFE University
- Defined goals and next steps
- Clear property criteria
- Organized licensing preparation
- Structured startup planning
- Coordinated readiness milestones
- A practical launch roadmap

Is this a licensing agency?
No. RCFE University is not affiliated with the California Department of Social Services or Community Care Licensing Division.
Do you guarantee that my license will be approved?
No. Licensing decisions are made by the appropriate government agencies. We provide guidance and preparation support but cannot guarantee approval.
Can I join before I have found a property?
Yes. Joining before selecting a property may help you establish clearer property requirements and avoid moving forward without adequate review.
Will you find a property for me?
We may provide property guidance and, when requested, separate real estate brokerage services through the appropriate licensed brokerage relationship. Property availability and suitability are not guaranteed.
Is the program completely done for me?
No. This is a guided consulting program. Clients must remain actively involved, provide accurate information, complete required tasks, make decisions, and work with appropriate professionals and agencies.
What happens after I pay?
A consultant will contact you to complete onboarding, review your goals, and begin developing your startup roadmap.
You Do Not Have to Navigate Every Step Alone.
Start with a clear roadmap, direct guidance, and an organized plan for moving from your initial idea toward launch readiness.
